Before deciding on a career in tattooing, I attended Cal State Long Beach studying Graphic Design. During my time there, I built a network of people spanning from community activist to music producers. Among those people were many visual artists, including a tattoo artist. From there I began his journey in the tattoo industry. Learning through an apprenticeship and perfecting my craft along the way; forever learning, forever creating. My journey in tattooing began in 2013. Since then, I have tattooed in California, Texas, Oregon, Washington, North Carolina and now here in Las Vegas, Nevada. Much of my style is oriented in the Samoan tatau but has mixed in styles and motifs from other South Pacific regions. Although my tattoo base is clearly in “tribal” work, I have, from time to time, worked in script tattoos, traditional Americana tattoos, black and grey portraits, and even color tattoos. Challenges are always welcome as they are the threshold for what makes a great artist.
