My name is Kaala Paulo, also known as Hi Inkd. Born and raised on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, my journey with tattooing began in 2006 while serving  in the U.S. Air Force. Traveling the world gave me the privilege of learning, growing, and tattooing across cultures—an experience that shaped both my art and my perspective.  My specialty is Pasifika tribal work, rooted in culture, flow, and storytelling, but I also enjoy bringing a wide range of tattoo styles to life for my clients.

For me, family is everything, and that foundation carries into every piece I create.
